CHARACTER INFO
Character name: Tsugiri
Fandom: Alichino
Age: 16
Occupation: Student, part-time waiter at The Blue Hydrangeas
Position on ban: Neutral, but he has Anti-ban sympathies
<Appearance: Tsugiri's probably about 5'7", 110 lbs. He has silver hair, chin-length in the front but shorter going back, ice blue eyes, and pale skin. He's a very pretty boy, so much so that Yui mistook him for, and I quote, "a lovely lass trying to pass herself off as a ruffian boy and doing a rather poor job."
Personality: Outwardly, Tsugiri is a cold individual who won't hesitate to let you know it if he dislikes you. Beneath that, he genuinely cares for people, and would like to do what he cbould to make everyone around him happy. He rarely shows that side of himself, however, since his traumatic childhood has left him with some serious trust issues. For the few people who've managed to earn his trust, he would do anything to keep them safe and happy, even put his own life on the line. He also may or may not have a screw loose due to the aforementioned traumatic childhood.
History: Tsugiri's mother was brutally murdered when he was four years old, and he spent a few weeks in a mental hospital before being shuffled from foster home to foster home for the next two years. When he was six, he got a new case worker named Ryoko, who convinced an old friend of his named Enju to adopt Tsugiri. Enju took Tsugiri under his wing right away, patiently working his way past Tsugiri's emotional barriers. His persistence paid off, and Tsugiri came to see Enju as his real father. Their 'family' (Tsugiri, Enju, and Ryoko's owl Myobi) moved fairly often- from Tokyo to Kyoto, where they stayed until Tsugiri was nine, then from Kyoto to Okinawa (til he was twelve), then from Okinawa to the United States(until Tsugiri was sixteen). And they've just recently moved back to Japan, to Rizumikaru.
Example journal: video killed the radio star
...A music ban? Seriously? Well that sucks. And there was me looking forward to being able to listen to L'arc en Ciel without getting stared at like I'm an alien. Well, I guess I'll live. Though Ryoko'll probably throw a fit and refuse to visit us since he can't blast his radio driving through the city. Immature pervert.
Example tag: Tsugiri sighed and raked his fingers through his bangs as he puzzled over his algebra homework. He felt, rather than saw or heard, Enju come up behind him and look over his shoulder at the algebra. "I don't get this." He stated.

"May I?"

Tsugiri slid the paper toward Enju, who hummed thoughtfully and picked up the pencil Tsugiri had set down. He (Enju) puzzled it out for a few minutes before passing the paper back to Tsugiri. "Is that it?"

Tsugiri blinked. "I didn't even think of doing it like that. Thanks."

"Of course." Enju laid his hand on Tsugiri's shoulder for a moment before going over to the counter. "Tea?"

"Please." He looked at what Enju had done, imitating that formula in the next problem. The sounds of Enju putting on tea faded into the background a bit as he concentrated. Enju's way proved easier than the way the teacher had shown, and by the time Enju had set the teacup in front of him, he was about halfway done.
